Roland Joins Texas Capital Bank as Austin Business Banking Team Lead

December 12, 2024

Rob RolandRob Roland has joined Dallas-based Texas Capital Bank as executive director/Austin business banking team lead. He is responsible for managing a team of commercial bankers to provide treasury and credit solutions for businesses with annual revenues of $5 million to $25 million.

Roland brings more than 17 years of experience to his new job. Prior to joining Texas Capital Bank, he was senior vice president/credit team manager at Wells Fargo Bank in Austin for three years. He also worked at Wells Fargo earlier in his career, with a stint at Umpqua Bank in California in between.

Roland attended the University of California–Riverside.

Established in 1998, Texas Capital Bank has banking offices in Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Fort Worth.
