Plains Bancorp Inc., the holding company for Dimmitt-based First United Bank, announced the expansion of its board with the appointment of Keith McNeese as an advisory director. McNeese, an entrepreneur, philanthropist and community leader, brings a wealth of experience in real estate investments. He currently has ownership of a diverse portfolio of businesses in Lubbock, including the Las Brisas Steakhouse, Lubbock File Room, Title One and All-American Car Washes. A native of Lubbock, McNeese is an alumnus of South Plains College and Texas Tech University.
