Larry Allen, chairman and CEO of Lubbock-based Peoples Bank, recently announced the addition of Justin Fleming to serve as vice president and commercial lender. He will office at 11011 Quaker Ave. in Lubbock.
Fleming has been in banking for 13 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Tech University. He also attended the Texas Tech School of Banking. Fleming currently serves as sergeant at arms and incoming vice president for the Rotary Club of Lubbock and is vice chairman of the board for the South Plains Food Bank. In addition, he is a member of the Young Professionals of Lubbock, West Texas Home Builders Association and Lubbock Real Estate Investors Association. Fleming is also an ambassador for the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and enjoys serving as a big brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lubbock.
Established in 1968 as Lorenzo State Bank and operating as Peoples Bank since 1999 (led by investors Larry Allen and Todd McKee), the bank has 12 locations serving West Texas, North Central Texas and the Panhandle.
