Oklahoma-based Valliance Bank Promotes Clouse to Chief Lending Officer

August 30, 2024

Matt ClouseOklahoma City, Oklahoma-based Valliance Bank has promoted Matt Clouse to chief lending officer. He will also continue to serve as Norman president. Valliance Bank has Texas branches in Fort Worth and McKinney.

“Matt has been with Valliance since it was chartered in 2004 and has played an integral and important role in our growth as the Norman bank president,” says Brad Swickey, president and CEO.

Clouse earned his BS degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma. He is also a graduate of the SW Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. Clouse sits on the board of the Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City, Financial Stability Council of United Way of Norman and UNP Business Improvement District advisory board, and is a past board chair of the Norman Chamber of Commerce.

“My 20 years at Valliance have been full of opportunities for growth,” Clouse notes.

Established in 2004, Valliance Bank has Oklahoma offices in Oklahoma City and Norman, and Texas offices in Fort Worth and McKinney.
