Fort Worth-based NBT Financial Bank recently announced two promotions and a new hire.
Lacy Samples has been promoted to senior vice president/senior compliance officer. She has been in banking for more than 20 years and with NBT Financial Bank since 2019. Samples holds certifications as a certified regulatory compliance manager, certified community bank risk specialist, certified community bank compliance officer and certified anti-money laundering and fraud professional.
Misty Harris has been promoted to first vice president/lending. She has been in banking for more than 28 years and with NBT Financial Bank since 2012.
Chelsey Hagin has joined the bank as vice president/controller. She has been in banking for more than 20 years. Hagin has worked for Providence Bank, Bank of the West and First Financial Bank. She holds an associate degree in business administration and accounting from Tarrant County College.
