Jacksonville-based Austin Bank Hires Escue as New Retail Office Manager

May 17, 2024

Dianne EscueDianne Escue has joined Jacksonville-based Austin Bank to serve as vice president and retail office manager in the downtown Jacksonville office. She brings 32 years of banking experience to the new position, most in management roles.

“With her experience in customer service and leadership, Dianne has the skills that will enable her to foster relationships and growth,” says Jeff Austin III, chairman.

Prior to joining Austin Bank, Escue worked as a branch manager at American State Bank in Tyler. She has also held management roles with banks in Celina, Carrolton and Plano.
Escue attended Dallas College and is currently taking courses at Tyler Junior College.

Established in 1900, Austin Bank branches are located in 36 East Texas locations within 26 cities and 14 counties. Austin Bank is locally owned and operated by the Austin family, which is celebrating 115 years of service in the Texas banking industry.
