inbanx Inc. Welcomes Burgess, Former CEO of FirstCapital Bank of Texas, to its Board

Ken BurgessAustin-based inbanx Inc., a leading provider of spend-management solutions, has announced the appointment of Ken Burgess to its board of directors.

Burgess is a seasoned financial executive with a distinguished career spanning more than 50 years. He founded FirstCapital Bank of Texas in 1998 with a vision of fostering great relationships with the businesses and communities of West Texas. After growing the bank to more than $2 billion in assets, it was acquired by Prosperity Bank this past April. Burgess currently serves on the advisory board of Castle Creek Capital.

“Ken’s wealth of industry knowledge, strategic insights and leadership are such assets for our business,” says Rob Kaczmarek, CEO. “It is truly an honor to work with Ken to provide our technology to innovative community and regional banks.”
