Round Rock-based R Bank has promoted Jennifer Pascar to senior vice president and chief operating officer. She previously served as senior operations officer.
Pascar has been with R Bank for the past 13-and-a-half years. Prior to joining R Bank, she was a senior personal banker with Frost Bank. She launched her community banking career in 2001 as a lobby manager at Prosperity Bank in Austin.
Pascar earned her BBA degree in accounting from Texas A&M University–Central Texas (Killeen).

Established in 2009, R Bank operates nine branches in Central Texas, as well as one in Fort Worth.
