Gouge Joins Harmony Bank as Senior Vice President in Midlothian

September 11, 2025

Kendra GougeDallas-based Harmony Bank has hired Kendra Gouge to serve as senior vice president/ commercial loan officer at the bank’s Midlothian branch. With more than 20 years of experience, her expertise in managing diverse loan portfolios spans commercial and industrial, SBA and commercial real estate projects.

Prior to joining Harmony Bank, Gouge was vice president of commercial banking at First United Bank. Before that, she worked at PlainsCapital Bank in commercial banking. Earlier in her career, Gouge worked at BBVA and Regions Bank.

Gouge earned her associate degree from Tarrant County College and studied foundational leadership at the Stagen Leadership Academy. She serves as president of the DFW Professional Women’s Networking Group and actively supports Make-A-Wish North Texas.

Established in 2005, Harmony Bank operates 12 branches in North and Central Texas, including the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
