Fleming Promoted to Vice President at FirstCapital Bank of Texas in Lubbock

Justin FlemingMidland-based FirstCapital Bank of Texas has promoted Justin Fleming to vice president in its Lubbock office. He most recently served as assistant vice president/relationship manager for the bank. Fleming has 10 years of banking experience and specializes in commercial lending, but also has experience in residential mortgages.

Fleming holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in real estate from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Additionally, he graduated from Texas Tech University School of Banking. Fleming is actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lubbock, Rotary Club of Lubbock, Young Professionals of Lubbock and the Lubbock Real Estate Investor Association. He is also an ambassador for the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and serves on the development board for the South Plains Food Bank.

“I feel strongly connected to the Lubbock community, being born and raised here, and I’m committed to serving and giving back to this community that has afforded me so many opportunities,” Fleming says.

Established in 1998, FirstCapital Bank of Texas serves West Texas, North Texas the Texas Panhandle and the Texas Hill Country with offices in Amarillo, Burkburnett, Byers, Dallas, Fredericksburg, Henrietta, Horseshoe Bay, Lubbock, Marble Falls, Midland and Wichita Falls.
