Midland-based FirstCapital Bank of Texas has hired Kenneth L. Burgess III to serve as senior vice president/senior relationship manager at the bank’s Midland Plaza location. He has 14 years of banking experience, including working for FirstCapital Bank of Texas from 2007 to 2019.
Originally from Midland, Burgess says he is excited to return to his hometown. “My wife and I are originally from Odessa and Midland respectively,” Burgess says. “Our connection to this community motivates my desire to serve and help meet the financial needs of our neighbors in the Permian Basin.”
Burgess received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
Established in 1998, FirstCapital Bank of Texas operates offices in Amarillo, Burkburnett, Byers, Dallas, Fredericksburg, Henrietta, Horseshoe Bay, Lubbock, Marble Falls, Midland and Wichita Falls.
