First United Bank Welcomes Patton as Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer in Denton

Jack PattonDurant, Oklahoma-based First United Bank has hired Jack Patton as senior vice president/commercial loan officer at the bank’s Denton-South location. He rejoins the bank with experience in commercial lending and a passion for community.

“Jack brings valuable knowledge and energy for our customers and community that aligns well with our purpose to inspire and empower others,” says Jay Ross, president.

Patton holds a BA degree in business analytics and accounting, as well as an MBA degree in finance, from the University of North Texas. Dedicated to community engagement, he is involved as a reader/grader for Denton Public School Foundation and volunteers his time teaching financial literacy at his alma mater, Krum High School.

“I’m very excited to be back with First United Bank and thankful for the opportunity to be a contributor on an already great team,” Patton says. “Even as a teller eight years ago, I knew First United Bank’s culture was unmatched, and it seems to have only gotten stronger.”

Established in 1900, First United Bank operates more than 95 bank, mortgage and insurance locations throughout Oklahoma and Texas.
