First Texas National Bank Promotes Three, Including Farris to CEO

February 16, 2023

Tom Farris, chairman of Floydada-based First Texas National Bank, has announced the following promotions.

T.K. Farris has been named chief executive officer of the bank. A graduate of Texas Christian University and the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, Farris has been with First Texas National Bank since 2017. His experience is in the lending and investment areas of the bank. He also serves on the bank’s board of directors.

Logan Bradley has been elected to the First Texas National Bank board of directors. Bradley, vice president/lending, has been with the bank for four years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science from West Texas A&M University and is a graduate of Texas Tech School of Banking. He also serves as a director for the Floydada Economic Development Corp.

William Bain has been named senior vice president of First Texas National Bank. He will manage the branch operations of the bank’s Sherman location. Bain earned his MBA degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State. He serves as president of the Lake Texoma Association and vice president of the Grayson County Habitat for Humanity.

Established in 1890, First Texas National Bank operates banking offices in Floydada and Sherman.
