First National Bank of Bastrop Hires Dillon as Chief Financial Officer

March 13, 2024

Kristina Nocella DillonFirst National Bank of Bastrop recently hired Kristina Nocella Dillon, CPA to serve as chief financial officer. She joins the bank with a strong background in financial management and more than 25 years of working with and for community banks. Prior to joining First National Bank, Dillon led and trained audit teams throughout her career for international and regional accounting firms, most recently serving as a managing director.

“With her skill set, we are confident that she will make significant contributions to our financial operations and overall success,” says Reid Sharp, president and CEO. “Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue to serve our community.”

Dillon holds a BBA degree in accounting and finance from Baylor University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and Baylor University’s Women’s Council in Austin.

Established in 1889, the First National Bank of Bastrop operates six full-service branches located throughout Bastrop County.
