The First National Bank of Ballinger recently appointed Reed Williams to its board of directors. He has served in the banking industry for nearly 15 years. In addition to his recent appointment, Williams serves as president and CEO of Brady National Bank and is a member of that bank’s board. Williams also sits on the Texas Country Bancshares board and the Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT) board. He previously served as region 8 president on the IBAT Leadership Division board and as chairman of the Lone Star Bankers Association. He is a recipient of the Texas Bankers Association’s Emerging Leaders Award.

Reid Stultz has been promoted to branch president of the Bank of San Angelo. He has served in the banking industry for 18 years. Stultz earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree from Angelo State University. He succeeds John Childers, who has been named branch president emeritus.
Wendy Frerich has been promoted to senior vice president. She has been with the bank for 19 years. Frerich attended Angelo State University.
Logan Ayers has been promoted to senior vice president/compliance and BSA officer. She has been with the bank for nearly four years. Ayers attended Angelo State University.
Jacob Hagan has been promoted to assistant vice president of lending. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University.
Pam Halfmann has been promoted to executive chief financial officer and chief operating officer. She also serves as vice president and advisory director. Halfmann has been with the bank for 40 years. She attended Angelo State University.
Sarah Long has been promoted to vice president of lending and marketing, advisory director. She has served at The First National Bank of Ballinger for the past 11 years. Long attended Lubbock Christian University and the Texas Tech School of Banking.
The First National Bank of Ballinger was established in 1886. In 2004, it opened a branch location to serve San Angelo and Tom Green County under the name Bank of San Angelo.
