Dudley Joins Kansas-based CrossFirst Bank as Frisco Market President

Jason DudleyLeawood, Kansas-based CrossFirst Bank has hired Jason Dudley to serve as market president in Frisco. Dudley has more than 15 years of banking experience focused on mid-sized businesses and private wealth for individuals. Prior to joining CrossFirst Bank, he served for almost nine years as executive vice president at PlainsCapital Bank in Dallas and prior to that worked for Texas Capital Bank and The F&M Bank & Trust Co., both in Dallas.

Dudley earned his BS degree from the University of Texas–Arlington and an MBA degree in finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He is credit risk certified by the Risk Management Association. He has been a dedicated member of multiple civic organizations, including service on the board of the Frisco Economic Development Corp. and Frisco Family YMCA.

“Frisco is an important market for our bank, and Jason is a perfect fit to partner with local business leaders to serve this prosperous community,” says Randy Rapp, president. “Jason is an established leader whose experience in building relationships and investment in people aligns with our commitment.”

Established in 2007, CrossFirst Bank has nine banking offices in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arizona and Texas.
