In mid-February, Dallas Capital Bank announced the addition of Jarrod Griggs as senior vice president/commercial real estate. He will report to Patrick Brown, executive vice president and managing director/commercial real estate. He will be responsible for providing real estate developers and investors customized financing solutions for the construction, acquisition, expansion or upgrade of multifamily, retail, office or industrial properties.
Griggs brings more than 15 years of banking experience to his new role, including the past five years at First United Bank focusing on CRE lending and relationship management. Prior to that, he spent more than 10 years with Frost Bank. Griggs received a BABA degree from Jamestown College in North Dakota, where he was a member of the football team.
“I look forward to continuing to grow Dallas Capital Bank’s footprint in the CRE lending space in Dallas/Fort Worth,” Griggs says. “I have been very impressed with the team and their commitment to their clients, as well as the strong culture and professionalism of the bank.”
