On September 9, Farmers Branch-based TIB, the nation’s largest bankers’ bank, announced 10 officer promotions.
- Matthew Ayers, senior vice president, has been promoted to director of compliance and risk. He joined TIB in 2017 and holds a BS degree from the University of Arizona.
- Paula Edwards, senior vice president, has been promoted to assistant director of mortgage operations. She has been with TIB for six years.
- Alicia Garrison, senior vice president, has been promoted to director of credit administration and assistant director of mortgage. She earned a BBA degree in finance from the University of North Texas.
- Chad Golden, senior vice president, has been promoted to assistant director of correspondent sales. He holds a BBA degree in finance from Texas Tech University.
- Jorja Morgan, senior vice president, has added the title director of investment operations. She joined TIB in 2003.
- Michael C. O’Rourke, senior vice president, has been promoted to director of lending administration. He holds a BBA degree in finance from Texas Tech University.
- Evan Deguchi, first vice president, has been promoted to assistant director of lending administration.
- Hayden Hood has been promoted to vice president and correspondent officer.
- Mason Davis, lending officer, has been promoted to commercial underwriter II.
- Will Pope has been promoted to lending officer and commercial underwriter I.
