CLA Advances Powers to Principal and Cinciripino to Director

November 30, 2020

Dallas-based CLA, which provides wealth advisory, outsourcing, audit, tax and consulting services to the financial services industry, among others, recently announced the promotion of Harrison Powers, CPA, to principal and Michele Cinciripino, CPA, to director. “Harrison and Michele have proven to be valuable assets to the firm, and our clients benefit from their attention to detail,” says Jerry McMillon, managing principal–Dallas. “They both have a unique set of skills and knowledge—especially in the financial institutions industry—which are strengthened by their dedication to helping their clients.”

Powers has spent more than eight years in public accounting serving community financial institutions. His experience extends from traditional audit and assurance to consulting and advisory. With deep Texas roots, he graduated with a BA degree from the University of Texas–Austin and an MS degree from the University of Texas–Dallas.

Cinciripino also serves as a strategic resource for financial institutions. Providing technical and professional support to her clients, she is a valued audit team member. She graduated with a BS degree and an MBA degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Both Powers and Cinciripino are active in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and Dallas chapter of the TSCPA.
