Lubbock-based City Bank has announced the hiring of Liz Gatlin to serve as senior vice president/commercial lender. She joins the City Bank team with more than 16 years of experience in community banking. Her expertise in lending and involvement in the El Paso community has helped her succeed at every level of banking.
A graduate of the University of Texas–El Paso with a degree in business administration, Gatlin is active in the El Paso community. She graduated from the El Paso Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class 36 and is a board member for the El Paso Chamber finance committee, El Paso Community Foundation grants and programs committee and Western Hills Elementary School PTA. She previously served on the boards of the YWCA, El Paso Zoological Society and Creative Kids Inc.
Established in 1941, City Bank operates 28 banking offices across Texas and southern New Mexico.
