Kilgore-based Citizens Bank announced the promotions of four of its officers at the Kilgore and Plano locations.
Michael Cozart has been promoted to vice president by the board of directors. He joined Citizens Bank in 2014 as a credit analyst in the bank’s location in The Woodlands. In 2017, he was promoted to assistant vice president. He now offices out of the bank’s loan production office in Plano.
Tammy Jackson has been promoted to senior vice president/compliance and CRA officer. She joined Citizens Bank from White Oak State Bank in 2012 as vice president/loan operations manager. Jackson will continue to serve in loan operations until she fully transitions from her responsibilities to full-time compliance and CRA officer.
Tobi McKnight was promoted to senior vice president/human resources manager. She has been with Citizens Bank since 2012. She has 23 years of experience in human resources. Jones earned her BBA degree in human resources from the University of North Texas. She also holds numerous professional certifications, including PHR (professional in human resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute), SHRM-CP (certified human resources professional from the Society for Human Resource Management) and CPSP (certified plan sponsor professional from the Plan Sponsor Council of America).
Cheryl Pearson has been promoted to vice president/operations supervisor. She has been with Citizens Bank since 1998, starting as a trust assistant. In 2013, she was promoted to assistant vice president/operations supervisor.
