Bishop and Mason Promoted to Banking Officers at Peoples Bank

October 31, 2024

Larry Allen, chairman and CEO of Lubbock-based Peoples Bank, has announced banking officer promotions for two employees.

Kolton Bishop has been promoted to banking officer. He has been with Peoples Bank for five years and serves as a credit specialist at the bank’s 82nd St. location in Lubbock. Bishop received a BBA degree in marketing from Texas Tech University. He serves on the gala committee for the Legal Aid Society of Lubbock and volunteers with Lubbock Meals on Wheels.

Taylor Mason has also been promoted to banking officer. He has been with Peoples Bank for seven years and serves as deposit review at the 82nd St. location in Lubbock. Mason received an accounting degree from Texas Tech University. He volunteers with Lubbock Meals on Wheels.

Established in 1968, Peoples Bank operates 12 branches in West, North and Central Texas, the Texas Panhandle and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
