Three Texas Community Bankers Receive KlariVis’ 2024 Banking on Brilliance Award

October 31, 2024

On October 29, Roanoke, Virginia-based KlariVis, a cloud-based, universal enterprise dashboard and analytics solution for bankers, announced the winners of its 2024 Banking on Brilliance Awards. The award recognizes remarkable women in community banking nationwide who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in driving transformation through innovation and data. Each nominee and winner was nominated by a colleague or validated by multiple references for self-nominations. A panel of industry experts reviewed all submissions, with scores aggregated to identify the 2024 honorees.

Three Texas-based bankers received this year’s honor.

Ashley Grigar, executive vice president and chief operations officer, Community National Bank & Trust of Texas, Corsicana

“Ashley Grigar believes that the future of Community National Bank & Trust is always better than the past,” KlariVis notes on its Banking on Brilliance website. “As executive vice president and chief operations officer, she drives innovation through collaborative leadership and data-driven decision-making. Her implementation of enhanced mobile banking capabilities and card services has elevated the bank’s digital presence to compete with larger institutions, as well as improved customer experience and non-interest income. Her leadership philosophy centers on creating opportunities for employee impact while maintaining top-tier customer service and community involvement.”

“Ashley believes that the future of CNB&T is always better than the past,” says Steven Nutt, Community National Bank’s chief financial officer. “Her leadership philosophy centers on creating opportunities for employee impact while maintaining top-tier customer service and community involvement.”

Trica Harris, senior vice president/retail manager, First National Bank of Bastrop

KlariVis: “Harris has elevated the bank’s data-driven approach to customer service. Her development of the bank’s unique, innovative 2X2X2 customer onboarding process and Workplace Banking program demonstrates her dedication to both customer success and community growth. She is an avid user of the KlariVis platform and leads hands-on training initiatives that help team members learn how to use data effectively for customer service and market analysis. Her impact extends beyond banking through active community involvement and financial literacy education programs.”

Brandi Freeman (no photograph available), assistant vice president/IT business service manager, Alliance Bank, Sulphur Springs

KlariVis: “Freeman has proven herself to be a master of many trades. Whether transitioning Alliance Bank’s core systems to a hosted environment, leading the bank’s new business services department or participating as a beta bank for a new deposit technology, her leadership and dedication to innovation demonstrate remarkable operational acumen. Freeman also recently inherited the bank’s workflow department and in a short time has reduced the risk of error with an immediate impact to efficiency. Beyond her technical achievements, the combination of deep industry knowledge, an unwavering work ethic and a collaborative spirit makes her an inspirational figure to all who work with her.”

“The women we’ve recognized are changing the game in community banking,” says Kim Snyder, KlariVis founder and CEO. “Their commitments to driving innovation are remarkable not only for their banks, but for each customer they serve. It is incredibly encouraging to be in an industry where women are leading the charge in such an exceptional way, and I look forward to seeing what each of these women continues to accomplish.”
