Arizpe Joins First Financial Bank for Commercial Relationship Banking in Bryan/College Station

Andrew ArizpeAbilene-based First Financial Bank recently hired Andrew Arizpe to serve as senior vice president/commercial relationship manager. He will support lending and banking needs for businesses in the Bryan/College Station region.

Arizpe’s career has included stints as a vice president/commercial lender at Cadence Bank, Mutual of Omaha Bank and Allegiance Bank, all in Houston. Most recently, he was vice president and chief financial officer for the Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University. Earlier in his career, he held numerous roles at Citibank in Houston.

Arizpe holds a BA degree in international studies from Texas A&M University. He also completed Citi Credit College in New York City, which included extensive training by Citibank. Arizpe is a former board member of the East End Chamber of Commerce and a former member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo wine events committee. He also served as vice president and co-founder of the Investment Banking Association, a student organization at Texas A&M University.

“Andrew’s extensive banking background, combined with his fluency in Spanish and English and his connection to our Bryan/College Station community, makes him an excellent fit to serve our customers,” says Nora Thompson, CEO and board chair of First Financial Bank’s Bryan/College Station region.

Established in 1889, First Financial Bank operates more than 80 branches across Texas.
