Anderson Joins Texas Regional Bank as San Antonio Market President

November 30, 2023

Brian AndersonHarlingen-based Texas Regional Bank has hired Brian Anderson as senior vice president and San Antonio market president. He will be responsible for developing current and new commercial banking relationships in the San Antonio area. Anderson will be based out of the bank’s San Antonio branch at 18460 Blanco Rd., which opened in June.

Anderson has extensive experience in working with physician groups. His expertise extends to handling a variety of physician financing needs, including working capital, equipment finance, owner-occupied real estate, ambulatory surgery centers, letters of credit, partner buy-ins and practice acquisitions. His experience will be instrumental in leading Texas Regional Bank’s physician financing efforts, helping to strengthen and diversify the company’s presence in the Texas Hill Country.

Anderson, with a business administration and supply chain management degree from Gonzaga University, has 14 years of banking experience. He is actively involved and on the board for I Care San Antonio, Alamo Heights Little League and the Alamo Heights Teacher Fund Council.

Established in 2010, Texas Regional Bank operates in the Rio Grande Valley, Dallas/Fort Worth, the Texas Hill Country and Houston.
