AccessBank Texas Names York Denton Market President

June 29, 2021

Duke YorkOn June 25, Denton-based AccessBank Texas announced the promotion of Duke York to Denton market president. He will spearhead growth in Denton and the surrounding markets. York began his banking career as a credit analyst and advanced quickly into the position of vice president/commercial lending. He has been with AccessBank for the past 12 years in various leadership positions and was promoted last year to executive vice president and chief lending officer.

York earned his BBA degree in banking and finance with a special emphasis in accounting and management from Northwood University. A graduate of Leadership Denton and the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, he is embracing his new role and is eager to advance the organization in a wider capacity. York is involved in several community organizations.

“Duke is a pleasure to work with,” says Cleve Breedlove, CEO. “His direct approach to finding solutions, strong dedication to our customers’ needs and team-driven spirit are very special traits.”

Established in 2007, AccessBank Texas operates branches in Denton, Dallas, Fort Worth and Krum.
