Susie Farley has been promoted to chief operations officer and Riley Floyd has been promoted to chief credit officer at Austin-based Keystone Bank.
Farley is an experienced financial services industry professional with a demonstrated history of cross-department experience. Skilled in consumer loan production operations, fraud management, full-service contact center operations, collections, audit and compliance, she is a strong business development professional experienced in cultivating and motivating successful teams. Prior to her promotion, Farley served as vice president/operations. With Keystone Bank since 2018—the year the bank was launced—she served as a consumer loans operation manager at Pioneer Bank in Austin. She began her banking career in 2007 as a compliance officer at The Pecos County State Bank in Fort Stockton.
Farley holds a bachelor’s degree in international/global studies at Texas State University. She earned her MS degree in emergency management from Jacksonville State University. Her community service includes volunteering with Junior Achievement.
With Keystone Bank since 2018, Floyd previously served as senior vice president/credit. Prior to that, he worked at Pioneer Bank in Austin as senior vice president/credit risk officer. He has been in the banking industry for more than eight years.
Riley attended the University of Nevada and graduated from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
Established in 2018, Keystone Bank National Association operates two locations in Austin and one in Ballinger.
