Yeatman and Parra Promoted at WestStar Bank

October 3, 2024

Courtney YeatmanEl Paso-based WestStar Bank recently announced the promotion of Courtney Yeatman to senior vice president/construction banker. She will continue to maintain banking relationships with homebuilders and generate new business opportunities to expand the bank’s residential construction loan portfolio.

Yeatman holds an MBA degree in finance from Colorado Technical University and is a graduate of the Texas Tech School of Banking. She serves as president of both Financial Women in Texas and the Paso Del Norte chapter of the association, as well as vice president of Rebuilding Together El Paso.

Courtney YeatmanIn addition, Victor Parra has been promoted to assistant vice president/commercial banker. He is responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding a portfolio of commercial client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities within the community.

With five years of experience at WestStar Bank, Parra most recently held the position of credit analyst manager. He holds a business degree from New Mexico State University.

Established in 1990, WestStar
Bank operates 15 branches in El Paso, West Texas and Southern New Mexico.
