Western Heritage Bank Announces Proctor As Human Resources Director

October 2, 2021

Tania ProctorLas Cruces, New Mexico-based Western Heritage Bank announced that Tania Proctor has been named human resources director. Prior to joining the bank, she served as human resources director for the Village of Ruidoso, New Mexico, for more than 25 years.

Proctor earned a BBA degree from New Mexico State University. She has been a certified professional in human resources since 2013 through the Human Resource Certification Institute and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2015. Proctor serves as past president of the Southern New Mexico chapter of SHRM.

“[Tania’s] expansive career in human resources will be critical to the growth of our community banking business,” says Greg Cory, president and CEO.

Established in 2001, Western Heritage Bank operates locations in El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces and Deming, New Mexico.
