In June, Cuero-based TrustTexas Bank’s board of directors elected Anthony Netardus an advisory board member. He has served as ag extension agent in DeWitt County for more than 25 years. Netardus has a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Southwest Texas State University and a master’s degree in agriculture science from Texas A&M University–Kingsville. He has served the community as advisor/secretary for the Cuero Livestock Show, Farm Bureau member, Cuero Young Farmers member/advisor, Cuero Tree Board president and Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Go Texas member.
