The National Bank of Texas at Fort Worth recently announced new hires and promotions.
Sherri Bartholomew has been hired to serve as assistant vice president/loan officer/loan admin at the bank’s Hurst branch. She comes to The National Bank of Texas at Fort Worth from Spirit of Texas Bank where she was assistant vice president/lending assistant. Bartholomew has been in banking for more than 20 years.
Laurin Brown has joined the bank as vice president/branch manager in Fort Worth. She has been in banking for more than 20 years. She joins from Spirit of Texas Bank. Brown attended Collin County Community College. Her volunteer activities include Habitat for Humanity, CASA and Ronald McDonald House.
Carissa Widner has been promoted to senior vice president/branch president in Azle. She has been with The National Bank of Texas at Fort Worth for 12 years and in banking for more than 25 years. Widner started as a new account representative.
Sarah Hicks is now vice president/branch manager in Azle. She has been with the bank for 10 years. She started out as a part-time teller and has grown with The National Bank of Texas at Fort Worth to full-time teller, personal banker, assistant branch manager and now branch manager.
Baylee Myers has been promoted to assistant vice president/junior lender/loan associate at the Azle branch. She has been with the bank for nine years. She started as a part-time teller.
Rachel Emrich is now assistant vice president/credit analyst II. She joined The National Bank of Texas at Fort Worth as a credit analyst in 2021 after graduating with a BA degree in accounting and finance from Benedictine College.
