Texas Regional Bank Taps Spain for Treasury Management in Dallas

Chris SpainChris Spain has joined Harlingen-based Texas Regional Bank as vice president and treasury management officer for the bank’s Dallas area market.

Spain has 10 years of experience in banking, including six years specializing in treasury management. Prior to joining Texas Regional Bank, he was a treasury management sales officer for American National Bank of Texas in Dallas and prior to that he served in a similar role at PNC Bank. His résumé also includes stints in Texas and New Mexico at Bank of America, BBVA Compass Bank and AXA Advisors LLC.

Spain holds a BBA degree in finance from the University of New Mexico. He is also a licensed financial specialist by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority series 7 and 63.

Established in 1987, Texas Regional Bank operates 32 branches in South and Central Texas, the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and the Houston region.
