Texas Capital Bank Welcomes Smith as Head of Technology, Media and Telecom

Robert SmithRobert Smith has joined Dallas-based Texas Capital Bank as executive vice president/head of technology, media and telecom. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in debt capital formation, public offerings, recapitalizations, international/cross border and strategic advisory assignments to his new role. Prior to joining Texas Capital Bank, Smith served as managing director at PNC Bank following its acquisition of BBVA USA. He served in executive positions at BBVA USA since 2012.

Smith is a graduate of the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.

Established in 1998, Texas Capital Bank has banking offices in Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Fort Worth.
