Texas Bank and Trust Promotes Team Members at Longview Headquarters

April 11, 2024

On March 19, Longview-based Texas Bank and Trust Co. announced a number of promotions during its employee awards dinner. In addition to promotions in the bank’s Fort Worth, Frisco, Richardson, Marshall, Tyler Grande and Gladwater offices, six associates who work in the Longview office were promoted.

Regina Mixon was promoted to vice president and treasury management systems and support manager. She has worked at Texas Bank and Trust since 2020, most recently as service relationship manager in its treasury management division.  She attended Texas Baptist College in Longview and has been active in her community, serving the Greater Longview United Way as a special events committee member, company coordinator and member of the allocations committee. Mixon is a previous board member and past president for the East Texas Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse/D.O.R.S. Youth Transition Center and is a previous board member and president of Longview Community Ministries. She is also a volunteer for Longview Community Ministries mobile food pantry program and is a Junior Achievement volunteer financial literacy teacher for Pine Tree High School.

Jesse Roddy has been promoted to vice president and senior network engineer. He has 15 years of experience in the service-provider space, with a focus on point-to-point internet access and telephony services. Roddy holds an associate degree in WAN technology from Tyler Junior College. He is a strong supporter of Autism Speaks and the annual Tyler Run for Autism.

Lyndey Bruton has been named assistant vice president and operations manager, centralized customer operations. She joined Texas Bank and Trust 2018 as a legal review specialist and has supervised the documentation support and imaging department since 2019.  Bruton holds an associate of applied science degree in legal assisting from Kilgore College and is a National Association of Legal Assistants advanced certified paralegal, certified BSA/AML professional and graduate of the Texas Bank and Trust Leadership Program.

Stacy Cammack was promoted to assistant vice president/ERM and internal audit manager. She joined Texas Bank and Trust in 2016. She is a certified public accountant with experience in firm management and has spent 23 years in public accounting practice with a concentration on tax matters for corporations and small businesses. Cammack holds a BBA degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler. Active in her community, she serves as treasurer and board member of the Longview Centurion Club and Gregg County Crime Stoppers. She also serves as director and treasurer for Financial Women in Texas and is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs.

Lupe Flores has been promoted to assistant vice president and customer care operations manager. She joined the bank in 2014 as a customer care specialist, later transitioning to e-banking support specialist. Flores earned the American Bankers Association Team Lead Certification and was promoted to a team lead and customer care specialist for the bank in 2018.

Nicole Haddock has been named assistant vice president and branch support manager. She has been employed by the bank since 2011 and currently serves as branch support manager, assisting all branches with systems issues, customer requests and day-to-day functions. Haddock is the administrator for the bank’s teller platform and liaison for retail training and development. Additionally, she supervises the Longview area float tellers and branch services representatives, and mentors new tellers once their training is complete. Haddock serves as a board member and past president for the executive board of Longview Community Ministries.

Established in 1958, Texas Bank and Trust Co. operates 21 branches throughout East Texas and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
