Texas Bank and Trust Promotes Jackson, Hires Price and Osterman

Cindi JacksonLongview-based Texas Bank and Trust has promoted Cindi Jackson to senior vice president in its Richardson location. In addition, the bank has hired Lee Price (photograph unavailable) to serve as senior vice president/wealth and trust officer in Frisco and Cory Osterman (photograph unavailable) has joined the bank as banking officer/administrative assistant in Frisco.

Jackson has been involved with community banking since 1981, joining Texas Bank and Trust in 2015. During her career, she has been awarded the 2022 Pampillonia Women Who Ignite Award, 2016 Texas Bank and Trust Community Spirit Award, Texas Bankers Association 2015 LiFE Award and was a finalist for Altrusa Outstanding Women of Today. She currently serves on the Methodist Richardson Foundation executive committee and Leadership Richardson advisory board. She is also involved with Women in Leadership through the Richardson Chamber of Commerce and other local nonprofit organizations.

Price has more than 26 years of experience as a trust officer and investment advisor in Texas and Arkansas. He is a Baylor University graduate with a BS degree, holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses, a Group 1 Life and Health Insurance License, and is a Cannon Trust School and Texas Bankers Association Trust School graduate. Price has been recognized over multiple years by the DFW Five Star Wealth Manager “Best in Client Satisfaction” as published in Texas Monthly magazine. He is also involved in coaching local youth sports.

Osterman has worked in the financial services industry for 18 years as a loan documentation coordinator, loan documentation specialist and relationship manager. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a bachelor of applied arts and science degree.

Established in 1958, Texas Bank and Trust Co. operates 21 branches throughout East Texas and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
