Texas Bank and Trust Promotes Fox and Castleberry in Longview

June 9, 2022

Debbie Fox has been promoted to vice president/wealth management compliance officer and Cindy Castleberry has been promoted to administrative officer/wealth management division at Longview-based Texas Bank and Trust. Both officers will be based in Longview.

Debbie FoxFox has been employed with Texas Bank and Trust for almost 18 years. Beginning as an administrative assistant, she was promoted to the wealth management administrative support staff and later to wealth and trust officer. With this promotion, she will serve as the liaison between auditors, examiners and the wealth management division. Fox will also be responsible for financial reporting to the bank’s board of directors and various regulatory agencies. A graduate of the Texas Bankers Association Trust and Graduate Trust Schools, she was selected to participate in the first Texas Bank and Trust Leadership Class, as well as the bank’s Corporate University Class. Active in her community, Fox has worked as a volunteer for Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, Alley Fest and the Great Texas Balloon Race.

Cindy CastleberryCastleberry joined the bank in 2010 as receptionist/administrative assistant in its trust division. She is currently the lead administrative assistant, supervising and mentoring the personal wealth and trust administrative support staff in the Longview location. Castleberry is a graduate of the bank’s 2014 Leadership Class and attended the Texas Bankers Association Trust School.

Established in 1958, Texas Bank and Trust Co. operates 21 branches throughout East Texas and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
