Texas Bank and Trust Announces March Promotions in Longview

April 15, 2021

Several promotions were announced at Longview-based Texas Bank and Trust’s main bank location in March.

Shannon Beadle was promoted to senior vice president/assistant human resources manager. She has been employed in the bank’s human resources division since 2010. She is a graduate of the bank’s 2012 Leadership Class and 2017 Corporate University, and is currently participating in the Independent Bankers Association of Texas’ Bank Operations Institute. A Louisiana native,  Beadle earned a BSBA degree from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches and completed the Human Resource Management School through the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. She holds a PHR certification through the HR Certification Institute and a SHRM-CP certification through the Society for Human Resource Management.  Beadle serves on the Texas Shakespeare Festival Foundation board and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Longview.

Ronda Hodkinson has been promoted to senior vice president/bank operations. She joined the staff as vice president in its operations division in 2019 and has been involved in the financial services industry for 31 years. As the bank’s business operations systems owner, she manages the team that supports all bank applications, development and delivery of reports for all business units, and provides efficiencies through workflow, as well as assisting with the implementation of new products and testing application updates.

Kathy Mosley was promoted to vice president/service center manager. Associated with the bank since 2006, She began working in the electronic banking department in 2013 as the operations supervisor. She was responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the TBTmyWay service center of the bank and in 2017 was promoted to manager of the center. She is a graduate of the bank’s 2010 Leadership Class and its 2017 Corporate University. Mosley is accredited by ePayResources as a certified ACH professional and by BankersWEB.com as a certified electronic banking officer with a CEBO designation.

Jorge Acuna has been promoted to banking officer/portfolio manager. He joined Texas Bank and Trust as a teller in 2018 and soon after transferred to the credit department as a credit analyst. He was promoted to senior credit analyst in January. With an interest in investment real estate opportunities, he is a part-owner and president of JAAHG Investments LLC, a company that renovates houses in the community, providing homes for primarily first-time homebuyers. Acuna is a magna cum laude graduate of Letourneau University with a BSBA degree.

Jessica Brewster has been promoted to administrative officer/loan servicing. With more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, she joined the bank in 2015 as a loan operations specialist. Prior to that, she was employed with Southside Bank as a branch manager. She holds an associate of applied science degree in business management from Kilgore College.

Established in 1958, Texas Bank and Trust Co. operates 21 full-service branches throughout East Texas and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
