NBT Financial Bank Promotes Conde and Sury in September

October 3, 2024

Fort Worth-based NBT Financial Bank announced two officer new hires in September.

Kyler Conde has joined NBT Financial Bank as assistant vice president/credit analyst. He previously worked for First Bank Texas as an appraisal and special assets team lead. Prior to that, he was an assistant lender at Spirit of Texas Bank. Conde holds an associate degree in agribusiness from Cisco College.

David “Jake” Sury has been hired to serve as vice president/credit analyst. He was recently president and owner of Sury Consulting LLC. Prior to that, he held positions at Susser Bank, including credit analyst, loan officer and assistant vice president/consumer lending. Sury earned a BA degree in psychology from Dallas Baptist University. He also attended the American Bankers Association’s commercial lending school.

Established in 1973, NBT Financial operates six branches in Fort Worth, Aledo, Azle, Burleson, Hurst and Willow Park.
