Tim Southerland has been hired as the branch president in Burleson for Fort Worth-based NBT Financial Bank. He previously served as a market president with Independent Financial for five years and, prior to that, was a market president with Northstar Bank. Southerland attended Stephen F. Austin and Tarleton State University.
Established in 1973, NBT Financial Bank operates five branches in Fort Worth, Burleson, Aledo, Azle and Hurst.
