Lafayette, Louisiana-based Home Bank has named Jeff Dudderar senior vice president and Houston market president, according to the Houston Business Journal. He succeeds Kenny Koncaba as market president. Koncaba was formerly CEO of Friendswood Capital Corp., the holding company of Texan Bank NA. When Home Bancorp, the holding company for Home Bank, acquired Friendswood Capital, Koncaba transitioned to the role of Houston market president for Home Bank.
Dudderar joins Home Bank with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He most recently served as executive vice president/commercial banking executive for Prosperity Bank in Houston. Prior to that, he served as commercial and wealth regional executive for the Texas markets of BBVA USA.
Dudderar earned his MBA degree in finance from the University of Toledo. He currently serves on the board of the Houston-based nonprofit organization BakerRipley.
Established in 1908, Home Bank operates more than 40 branches in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi.
