Loan Operations/Loan Processing for Worthington National Bank in Arlington, Texas

Worthington National Bank in Arlington, Texas, is seeking a banker to work in loan operations/loan processing.

Job specifics: High school diploma or the equivalent. Must have a minimum of three years experience in loan operations. Experience with, and thorough knowledge of, loan systems, compliance procedures, applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and bank policies, procedures and guidelines are essential. Skills should include computers and related computer programs and software. Working knowledge of Microsoft software products is necessary. Must be able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Good organizational, interpersonal, communications and customer relations skills are required. Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks and handling frequent interruptions. Experience with, and thorough knowledge of, all loan types is required, including consumer, single-family, real estate, commercial and industrial and commercial loans. Community bank experience is preferred. Ability to work with a team is a must.

Experience with RESPA/TRID (prepare early disclosures and loan documents for one to four family real estate loans bank wide) is desired, but not required.
