Digital Compliance Officer | Compliance Select | Work from Home

February 7, 2025

Compliance Select seeks an experienced bank compliance and BSA professional interested in working with community banks as a Digital Compliance Officer (DCO). DCOs partner with community banks to ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Individuals in this role will be responsible for conducting reviews in the area of compliance and BSA, make recommendations, provide reports and perform daily/weekly/monthly tasks as required to comply with bank policy and regulatory requirements.

This role will require direct contact with bank personnel, as well as bank senior management. Individuals may serve as a bank’s Compliance Officer and/or BSA Officer with various other tasks allocated depending on the bank contract. DCOs on average manage three banks at a time and must be organized and have excellent time-management skills in order to ensure complete compliance for contracted banks.

This is a work-from-home position with light travel.
