Responsible for all daily banking operations, ensuring the efficiency necessary to support the bank’s long-term business objectives. Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and attend and participate in management and Board of Director meetings. Plan and direct cost-effective solutions to business issues, implement technological service strategies to support business and user needs while ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed, quality of service to customers is provided and profitability of the business is maintained. Establish a culture of excellence within areas of oversight.
Bachelor’s degree required. Ten years of directly related, progressive bank operations experience. Working knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.
