Chief Credit Officer | Confidential Community Bank in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex

November 9, 2020

A growing community bank that is stretching its footprint is adding chief credit officer talent to its team to lead and manage the bank's credit culture aligned with its strategic growth plans. Collaborative leadership team with dynamic energy and vision driving the bank’s success. If you are high energy and love to be part of an amazing team, this role is for you. The ideal candidate will have exceptional commercial credit foundation, leadership skills, experience with complex loan requests, ability to mitigate risk, maintain loan compliance, excellent oral and written communication skills, build rapport easily and promote a positive work environment. Experience should include working with regulators, having credit-approval authority (would be a plus), writing policy, updating policy, leading a loan committee and ensuring that loan processes are consistent, compliant and efficient to support the lending production.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business;
  • Eight-plus years’ experience in commercial credit, as well as supervisory experience;
  • Promote employee engagement and team environment, building synergy between credit and lending teams;
  • Completed formal credit training preferred;
  • Currently located in Texas
