IBC Bank–McAllen recently announced promotions in various departments within the financial institution.
Janet Gonzalez was promoted to vice president and area sales manager in the retail banking department. She has been with IBC Bank since 2005. Gonzalez received a BA degree in economics from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo León. Her community involvement includes serving as treasurer of Women Together of South Texas and as a member of Mujeres Arriba Valle de Texas.
Maria Consuelo Ibarra was promoted to commercial bank officer in the commercial lending department. She has been with IBC Bank since 2012. Ibarra earned a BBA degree in finance from the University of Texas–Pan American. Her community involvement includes service at United Way of South Texas as part of the fund distribution audit committee.
David E. Sandoval Jr. was promoted to assistant vice president in the commercial lending department. He has been with IBC Bank since 2007. Sandoval earned his BBA degree in finance from the University of Texas–Pan American. His community involvement includes service at United Way of South Texas as part of the fund distribution audit committee.
Blanca Idalia Villalobos was promoted to first vice president in the commercial lending department. She has been with IBC Bank since 2005. Villalobos earned her BBA degree in finance from the University of Texas–Pan American. Her community involvement includes service as finance co-chair for United Way of South Texas.
