Natalie Saikowski Goertz has joined Texas City-based Texas First Bank to serve as senior vice president and director of treasury management. An Athena Leadership Award recipient, she brings extensive experience in corporate and public fund banking to the bank’s treasury management team in The Woodlands.

Before joining Texas First Bank, Goertz was president and CEO of Business and Banking Concierge LLC for two years and before that served as senior vice president at Guaranty Bank & Trust in Conroe for four years. She also worked in treasury services at Woodforest National Bank in The Woodlands for more than eight years earlier in her career.

Goertz studied marketing at Texas Tech University and earned her BBA degree in marketing from Sam Houston State University. Active in community leadership, she serves on the board for the Rotary Club of The Woodlands and as chapter chair of the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce in Montgomery County.

Established in 1982, Texas First Bank operates more than 25 banking offices in Central and East Texas, including the Houston and Galveston regions.
