FirstCapital Bank of Texas Welcomes Bird as Relationship Manager

June 2, 2021

Garrett BirdMidland-based FirstCapital Bank of Texas has hired Garrett Bird to serve as vice president/relationship manager at the bank’s Lubbock Indiana branch location. He has eight years of banking experience with a focus on commercial lending. He received his finance degree from Texas Tech University.

Bird, who grew up in Lubbock, is happy to return to his roots. “I look forward to helping make Lubbock a great place to live and work, and becoming involved in the community,” Bird says. “I have great memories here and want to contribute to Lubbock for future generations.”

Established in 1998, FirstCapital Bank of Texas has branches in Amarillo, Burkburnett, Byers, Dallas, Fredericksburg, Henrietta, Horseshoe Bay, Lubbock, Marble Falls, Midland and Wichita Falls.
