FirstCapital Bank of Texas Announces 2021 Promotions

March 9, 2021

Midland-based FirstCapital Bank of Texas recently announced the promotions of the following Midland employees:

Rachel Duzan has been promoted to banking officer/assistant controller FirstBancshares of Texas. She has served with FirstCapital Bank of Texas since 2019. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Duzan has a BS degree from Robert Morris University and an MBA degree from West Virginia University.

Brock Fitch has been promoted to vice president/branch president. He has more than nine years of experience in the banking industry and has served with FirstCapital Bank since 2016. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Fitch has a BBA degree with a concentration in finance from the University of New Mexico. He also obtained an MBA degree with a concentration in accounting.

Nick Nguyen has been promoted to banking officer/portfolio manager. He has served with FirstCapital Bank since 2016. Originally from Midland, Texas, Nguyen has a BBA degree in accountancy from the University of Texas–Permian Basin.

Established in 1998, FirstCapital Bank of Texas is a community bank serving West Texas, North Texas, the Panhandle and Hill Country with offices in Amarillo, Burkburnett, Byers, Dallas, Fredericksburg, Henrietta, Horseshoe Bay, Lubbock, Marble Falls, Midland and Wichita Falls.

FirstCapital Bank of Texas Announces 2021 Promotions

Midland-based FirstCapital Bank of Texas recently announced the promotions of the following Midland employees:
