Extraco Banks Promotes Green to Chief Strategic Integration Officer

Lindsay GreenLindsay Green has been promoted to chief strategic integration officer at Temple-based Extraco Banks. With more than 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, she brings a wealth of expertise in innovation, project management, marketing, IT and retail banking to her new position. In addition to her new role, she will also continue serving as president of Extraco Consulting, an affiliate corporation of Extraco Banks, and as executive managing director of Extraco Technology, which is also associated with the bank.

Green launched her career in financial services at Brazos Valley Bank in 2004. She joined Extraco Banks in 2011 as senior vice president and managing director of Extraco Consulting and was named its president in 2018. During her time at Extraco Banks, “[Green] has made a significant impact by leading key initiatives in facilities management, business process improvement, project management and the development and management of our digital delivery channels,” according to the bank.

In addition to her full-time job, Green has also taught marketing as a member of the faculty of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison for the past two years.

Green earned her BA degree in English from Texas A&M University and an MBA degree in banking and finance from Sam Houston State University. She is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Management & Strategy Institute and is a certified financial marketing professional (Independent Community Bankers of America). Active in her community, Green is treasurer of the Rogers ISD Parent/Teachers Organization and vice chair on the board of elders at Seaton Church. She previously sat on the boards of March of Dimes and the Spring Valley Elementary School PTA.

Established in 1933, Extraco Banks operates 17 banking offices in Central Texas.
