El Paso-based WestStar Bank has added Victor Barroteran to its commercial banking group. He is responsible for developing and managing commercial lending relationships and expanding new commercial business. Barroteran has worked in commercial banking for more than 20 years and brings a wide breadth of experience in promoting growth through executing proven business expansion strategies.
Barroteran earned his BBA degree in economics from the University of Texas–El Paso. He currently serves as president of the board for Hospice of El Paso and also serves on the UOR Gerald Carlson/EPAA Cares board.
